Out of Chaos brought us back from the brink of administrative ruin.
I am extremely organized but was overwhelmed in a major life transition about how to move forward. Linda came in, sat on my floor, took my laptop in hand, and asked me to tell her the story of each piece of paper I was immersed in. Four hours later, I had a neat basket of properly sorted “active” files and, more importantly, a fantastic “to do” spreadsheet which has allowed me to move forward quite dramatically in the days since. I have felt clear, excited, and energized about my life and business again. I know exactly what my priorities are and how to honour them.
The service was expensive, but worth it! Linda is warm, comfortable, relaxed, non-judgmental, and easygoing- yet very focused, efficient, and fast. She is knowledgeable and skilled. She can “hear” a person’s presentation of needs and blocks quickly and accurately -she is clearly experienced with how overwhelmed people are feeling and thinking. I loved having my blocks understood and Linda having ready strategies for those. She is also referring me to tradespeople to whom I can delegate some of my tasks.
The irony of this is that, again, I am *very* organized and have even developed similar systems for moving forward. But Linda’s system introduced a couple of tweaks that made all the difference for me. And, frankly, having paid her I feel that much more motivated to follow through on the system I paid to have developed!
Captivating speaker!
Thank you so much again to you and your crew – our home is once again our haven and not our place to avoid due to chaos.
Recently hired Out of Chaos to help de-clutter my kitchen. Now, everyday I enjoy working in my kitchen and have space to do larger cooking projects and I can find all my kitchen gadgets. I have more room in cupboards and it is easier to keep clean. I could not have cleaned it up so thoroughly or organized it so well on my own. Great investment.

Thanks again for the hard work you all put in. You truly have changed the way we feel about our house. It’s actually become a home.
Now that we are organized, we have so much more spare time on our hands to do the stuff we want. I can’t believe how easy it is to put stuff away when everything has its place. Wish we had met you 8 years ago.
You and your team was so personable, easy to work with and a lot of fun! You made us feel at ease – that really helped me to just dive right in.
Thank you for inspiring me to actually DO something!
Linda Chu really motivated me to be organized – I liked her 15 minute rule for getting started.
The Tickler File Book is a hit! It has made such a difference already. My mind is much clearer and I’m much more productive!
We have known and worked with Linda for many years. We are truly blessed to have known her. She helped us during the years with great mentorship. She has been a great referral partner to us. We have dealt with many of her clients that she have sent us. Her clients are all super high quality. Plus all her clients are raving fans of her work.
We have sent people to Linda which told us that she is not only the best at what she dose, but she dose it with such class, and love for people. She is not the cheapest out there, but her work is the best in Canada. She delivers high quality service. If I could give more stars I would. Her company Out of Chaos are double 5 stars in my eyes.
I highly recommend Linda Chu and her company.

I have used Linda on ten different occasions and in each instance her professionalism shines brightly. Her PMA (positive mental attitude) is evident every moment she is working. On top of that is her team which effectively enhances the speed of getting her organization done.
My advice… hire her!It sure feels great having a home for everything! I feel like a ton of bricks have been taken off my shoulders!
Our company in New West hired Linda as our office was cluttered and in dire need of reorganization. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We are all very happy with our reorganized space and the energy in the office is also better.
Thank you for being a positive influence in my organization of the office as this helped me exceed expectations this past year.
Linda and her team at Out of Chaos are consummate pros. I first became aware of Out of Chaos after hearing friends rave about a workshop Linda had presented at a large corporate event.
It is obvious that Linda not only loves her work but is highly skilled at what she does. I initially hired Linda when I was consolidating 2 households into 1 and she set up smart organizational systems that ended up saving me time/energy and that also looked beautiful, for the entire length of my stay in that home. Linda also taught me how to maintain those systems, and how to set up others like them, as needed. Linda understands the psychology of clutter and so I felt like I got double the value – both in terms of her practical services and for her help in leading me to understand why I was holding onto stuff that I no longer needed and how to avoid those unhealthy tendencies in the future. Linda provides significant value to clients. She understands that her client has high standards and expects expert and expedient results, while still being cost-conscious.
I have referred Out of Chaos to many friends who have been equally thrilled with the long-term results. One of these was my elderly mother. Linda and her team worked effectively and compassionately with her and managed to get a huge and complex house job done in record time.
I would HIGHLY recommend Linda to a variety of different clients – from corporate professionals who want/need existing workspaces and systems overhauled, to blended families combining households, to the families of ageing parents when the time comes for the major move and downsize from the family home to residential or hospital care.

What is a Professional Organizer?
A Professional Organizer is a person who provides hands-on organizing, consulting, and training services to help people simplify their lives and reduce stress in their work or home environments. The Professional Organizing Industry began in 1985, and has now over 3000 members and growing.
How does a Professional Organizer help me?
Professional Organizers start by assessing what your organizational needs are; then work with you to clear your clutter by sorting, identifying and purging any unnecessary information. They help you prioritize your information and establish a functional storage and retrieval system. Office layouts may be re-arranged for increased efficiency and control over your work and residential spaces. They help their clients find balance, restore order and maximize their resources, by developing organizing solutions.
Why should I hire a Professional Organizer?
A Professional Organizer works one-on-one with you to help you regain the time that you loose searching for things that you have lost amongst your piles of clutter.
