Linda Chu was featured along with a few other professional organizers in the Vancouver area in an article entitled, Less Mess Distress. It’s back-to-school time! You can keep track of fall paraphernalia (and save time, as well) even though it is still summertime outside. The tips include:

  • Limit the amount of art and homework you save for each child.
  • Establish a daily backpack routine with your children.
  • Use a whiteboard with grid lines to keep track of what homework is due, and when.
  • Create a ‘command centre’ for incoming notices and school information.
  • Use a rolling under-the-bed clothes drawer as a place to store outfits or uniforms.

Head on over to Savvy Mom to read the details on how to have Less Mess Distress.

If you need some help getting the house in order after the summer holidays, contact Out of Chaos. We can take the distress out of mess.
